You can contact us anytime and we will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours. Both our Los Angeles and London offices operate 9 am to 6 pm, local times.

Our Annual Plan is best for companies who have an ongoing need of design support throughout the year. In this plan, you commit to us for 12 months, with a plan of your choosing. Additionally, this plan offers a lower monthly fee compared to our Monthly Plans.

Our Monthly Plan is best for companies who have an ebb and flow of design support throughout the year. In this plan, you work with us on a month to month basis, with a plan of your choosing.

If you’re on either our Monthly or Annual Plan, you can carry forward any unused Project Hours each month. These rollover hours will remain available for up to 12 months from the beginning of our partnership. If you’re on our Annual Plan and choose to renew for another year, you can carry over your rollover hours into the next year.

Revisions are unlimited as long as they are within your allotted hours of your plan.

Yes, quality and consistency are extremely important to us.

Yes, we send source files of finalized designs on request.

If you are on the yearly plan, your contract will terminate after 12 months. If you are on the monthly plan, you can let your Account Manager know you are wishing to stop services and they will ensure you are no longer billed after that month.

Whether you are on the yearly or monthly plan, you will be billed on the 1st of the month. We accept major Credit Cards and ACH bank transfers.

One of the benefits of working with us is ease of scalability. Simply inform your Account Manager of your new requirements and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.

Yes, we accept ACH, Wires, Checks and all major Credit Cards.

Yes! You can utilize your unused hours month by month, however, they do expire after 1 year from the start of the partnership.

You will then be billed at an hourly rate for any additional hours needed. If you need a large amount of hours, please reach out to your Account Manager and they can help you adjust your plan.

Your invoice will be emailed to you or your billing contact on the 1st of every month.

We understand the importance of flexibility in today’s dynamic business environment. You have the freedom to choose a plan that suits your needs and priorities. For the Annual Plan, we do require a 12-month commitment, while the Monthly Plan allows you to work on a month-to-month basis, giving you the adaptability to scale up or down as required.

The simple answer is yes! But, of course, there will be some conditions, which we’ll cover when you start your first project. If you have a project that requires special attention, you can discuss your needs with your account and design project manager.

We usually get projects scheduled within 30 minutes or less, once you submit your design request. Most projects can be delivered within 24-48 hours, but complex projects may require more time.

All designs we create undergo a two-stage quality assurance before they are released for your final approval.

We also keep the entire process collaborative. Relay your vision to your dedicated design project manager, who has a design background, and they will ensure that the designers understand your requirements and deliver high-quality work on time

The number of design hours you need is completely customized based on your project needs. We offer minimum hours needed for our packages and from there, we create custom plans based around the services you need and the amount of projects you need completed. Our solution provides a reliable, fully managed in-house team to handle all your design production needs, unlike traditional design agencies that work on a project-by-project basis. We make it easier than ever to get quick, top quality designs for your marketing and creative teams.

You are able to send as many projects as you need within that package of your choice on a monthly basis. However, the total cost for that month will range depending on how many hours are needed to complete those projects for that month.

We do not have any startup fees, agency fees or hidden fees when starting with us. 

Yes, to access our add-on services, you’ll need a design package. This lets you unlock the full potential of your  creative projects, combining the power of design and additional capabilities.

At Design Force, “fully-managed” means we take care of the entire design production process for you. This includes having a dedicated project manager who oversees your project from start to finish. Our full-time, in-house team, which includes your assigned project manager, design team, and art director, work together to ensure your creative projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently.
