As a UX UI Designer, you will create exceptional designs for websites, web apps, and mobile apps, balancing user needs with business objectives. You will contribute to crafting innovative digital experiences while supporting the team through the design process, from ideation to delivery. Your role will involve maintaining consistency, quality, and creativity in design while keeping up-to-date with UX/UI trends and tools.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with creative leads and project managers across multiple time zones.
Handle multiple digital projects simultaneously, including website design, app design, and interactive media.
Execute projects with high attention to detail, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Define and implement user-centered design strategies aligned with project goals and customer expectations.
Support the design process from conceptualization, wireframing, and prototyping to final design.
Contribute to maintaining consistency, quality, and innovation in UX/UI design across all projects.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences.
Stay informed on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Proactively recommend and implement AI solutions that streamline design workflows, improve client outcomes, and set new standards for excellence in digital product design.
Commit to ongoing learning by staying current with emerging AI technologies and best practices, and by sharing insights with the team.
Regularly review and optimize your workflows using AI, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Education: A BA or equivalent degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a creative agency, tech company, or in-house team.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse user-centric design projects, such as websites, apps, and interactive media.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
- Basic understanding of coding languages like HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Design Skills:
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, grid systems, and attention to detail.
- Ability to create visually stunning designs that resonate with target audiences.
Soft Skills:
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with UI/UX Leads and Art Directors.
- Time and project management skills, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
