- We train and vet each new designer — Every new designer that joins our team is chosen because they’re just right in their respective speciality. We then spend the time to train them up in any area that they may need it, and let them flourish.
- We look worldwide — Time zones never stop us from finding the right team, so we accept designers from all corners of the globe.
