Communication

The best way to communicate with your Project Manager is through your Monday board. When it comes to project kick offs, revisions, comments, questions, you’ll find everything you need on your own Monday Board.

Subscriptions

Your subscription may be monthly, but there’s no hour wasted. Any hours not used automatically rollover into the next month. This means you have the option to scale up or down your subscription on a monthly basis or even pause or continue. If you choose to pause your subscription, you can still utilize our services with any rollover hours you may have.

Feedback/Revisions

In order for our team to make the most out of your allocated monthly hours, we recommend you have an appointed single point of contact per project or for the account. This allows our team to make all revisions at once instead of in increments.

New Project

We work best upon clear and specific directions. Tell us what you want and we’ll make it happen. If you don’t know what you want yet, let us know and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process. The best way to get a project started with our team will be to fill out your Project Request form on your Monday board. If you have any questions about your Monday board, please reach out to your Account Manager.

Delivery time

Our general rule is 48 hour turnaround time. That said, we will do our absolute best to get your project to you as soon as possible. For revisions the time will depend on feedback, and we’ll always do our best to have it in a 24hr timeframe or less.

Formats

We can deliver your project in the format you need. You can also choose your specific format on your Project Request Form. If you’re not sure about the format you need or how to access your Project Request Form, ask your project manager for help.

To schedule a meeting with your Project Manager or Account Manager, feel free to reach out through Monday or email. We are here to help when it comes to questions, thoughts, projects, feedback, etc.
