FAQs

Is Design Force a good Kimp alternative?

Yes, especially if the design work matters to your brand. Kimp is ideal if you need lots of design done fast at a low flat rate, with requests handled one after another from a queue. Design Force is the better fit if you want brand consistency and more flexibility in managing your workflow and capacity changes.

How much does Kimp cost compared to Design Force?

Kimp starts at $698.50/month for a Graphics or Video plan, while Design Force starts at $1,600 a month.

What is the main difference between Kimp and Design Force?

They work differently. With Kimp, your team works through your requests a couple of hours a day, which is great for simple tasks. With Design Force, every request gets a project manager to plan it, an art director to guide the look, and a quality check before it's handed over.

Does Design Force include art direction and QA?

Yes. Every request goes through art direction and a QA review before it reaches your team. That means quality control is built into the process, not something you have to handle yourself after delivery.

Does Kimp offer a dedicated team?

Yes. Kimp offers a dedicated team and project manager. The difference is the level of creative oversight: Design Force adds an art director and QA review on top.

What does “unlimited design” mean with Kimp?

With Kimp, you can submit unlimited requests and revisions. How much gets done, though, depends on your plan's daily design hours, around 2 to 2.5 hours of work per business day, with two tasks in progress at a time. Unlimited refers to what you can ask for, not how fast it all gets delivered.

How fast is Design Force compared to Kimp?

Design Force delivers most requests in 48 to 72 hours across all plans. Kimp can turn simple requests around in about 24 hours, with more complex work taking longer. The difference is predictability: Design Force's turnaround holds steady regardless of task type.

What should I look for in a design subscription service like Kimp or Design Force?
